Tenders, noticed.
Notice Tender reads public tender boards across Europe and puts the tenders that match what you sell in one tidy inbox. You stop hunting. You start bidding.
The tender you missed was on the board you didn't check.
Public buyers don't publish in one place. Every country has its own boards, its own formats and its own language, and the EU-wide listings only carry the biggest contracts.
countries, one patchwork
Every country has its own boards, some have several, and the biggest contracts are listed EU-wide as well. Each with its own search and its own quirks.
languages to search in
A pump is a pumpe, a pumppu, a pompa and a dæla. Search in English only, and most notices slip past.
of new notices every weekday
Most aren't for you. The few that are close within weeks, so finding them late is almost as bad as not finding them.
Three steps, then your inbox does the rest.
Tell us what you sell
Add your products and services in plain words. We suggest the EU's procurement codes and words in the local languages, and you tick what fits. Different countries per product? Easy.
We watch every board
We read the public tender boards around the clock, recognise the same tender posted in two places, and match each notice against your products.
You work from an inbox
Matches land in your inbox with the deadline up front. Move the promising ones along; bin the rest, and undo if you change your mind.
All of Europe, including the corners others forget.
EU-wide listings for the large contracts, and national tenders for the smaller ones that never reach them.
Besides open tenders: planning notices and market consultations, so you hear about work before it's tendered, and the supplier qualification systems that utilities use to pick bidders without advertising each contract.
For people who'd rather bid than browse.
For anyone who sells to public buyers and utilities, whatever the product or service.
Suppliers and manufacturers
Selling equipment or services to municipalities, agencies, hospitals and utilities.
Sales agents and distributors
Representing several manufacturers across the region, with a long list of product categories to watch.
Teams without a bid department
Nobody has time to check a dozen boards every morning. Now nobody has to.
Small tool, sharp focus.
Matched by product
Each product has its own codes and keywords, and every tender shows which product it matched and why.
Speaks the local language
Matching in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Icelandic and English, with the official code names in six languages built in.
Early warning
Planning notices and market consultations, often months before the tender itself.
One tender, one alert
The same tender listed in two places? You hear about it once.
Your bid pipeline
Want to bid, bid submitted, won, lost, with your own notes on each. Every move can be undone.
Your countries
Choose where you bid, for all your products or one at a time.
Yes, it's a pun. Two, actually.

- noun. A formal offer to supply goods or services.
- adjective. Gentle and caring.
A tender notice is what we read all day. Notice tenders is what we do for you. And your bid pipeline? We handle it with tender loving care.
Questions, answered.
Which countries do you cover?
The large contracts from every EU and EEA country, through the EU-wide listings. National tenders, including the small local ones, in the Nordics (Greenland and the Faroe Islands included) and the United Kingdom. More countries are added one at a time: tell us where you sell.
How often do you check?
Several times a day, every day. New matches are in your inbox within hours of being published.
What language are the tenders in?
The buyer's own. EU-wide listings come with English titles; national notices are in the original language. We match in all of them, so you see what's relevant whichever language it was written in.
What about companies' own supplier portals?
Private companies' portals sit behind logins, so no one can watch them for you. We do cover the public boards, which include utilities' covered purchases, and the qualification systems those utilities use to choose suppliers.
Can I try it?
Yes. Get in touch, tell us what you sell, and we'll set up your products and a trial account.
Who's behind it?
Notice Tender is built by Stefán Páll Sturluson, for suppliers who want something simpler and more affordable than the big tender platforms.
Stop checking a dozen boards. Start noticing tenders.
Tell us what you sell and where you bid. We'll set you up and show you what you've been missing.
